Ordering Process:

Customization: Every party favor package from Pixel Petals Design is fully tailored to your vision. To ensure a perfect match, we kindly ask that you provide detailed information regarding your event theme, preferred wording, color palette, and any other design elements you'd like us to incorporate.

Production Timeline: Orders are scheduled based on the event date you provide at checkout. Standard production typically takes between 2–4 business days, depending on current order volume. If you need your items sooner, rush processing is available for an additional fee.

Design Proof Approval: Once your order is in our production queue, you’ll receive a digital design proof via email for review and approval. To ensure everything meets your expectations, you’ll have the opportunity to request up to three minor edits, such as adjustments to font, color, image placement, or sizing. Revision requests are typically completed within 48–72 hours.
